2. The “No Refund” Rule for Digital Content
In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive and Section 356 (5) of the German Civil Code (BGB):

Waiver of Right of Withdrawal: By completing your purchase of a digital asset from www.canvascrafthub.com, you provide your express prior consent for the performance of the contract to begin immediately. You acknowledge and agree that once the digital delivery has commenced (i.e., the download link is sent or the file is accessed), you forfeit your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

Final Sale: Due to the intangible nature of pre-made digital files, all sales are considered final. Once the digital link has been dispatched, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for “change of mind” or subjective dissatisfaction.

3. Exceptional Circumstances for Refunds
We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund in the following verified cases:

Technical Defect: If a file is corrupted or defective. The client must provide a screenshot or description of the error. We will first attempt to provide a functional replacement within 48 hours; if unsuccessful, a full refund will be issued.

Duplicate Purchase: If the same asset pack is purchased twice by mistake within 24 hours (and the second link has not been accessed).

Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method via Stripe within 5-10 business days.

4. Cancellation Policy
Our model focuses on “One-Time Sales” with “Immediate Fulfillment.” There are no recurring subscriptions. Once payment is authorized, the contract is executed instantly and cannot be cancelled.

5. Anti-Fraud & Chargeback Prevention
We maintain a rigorous audit trail to protect our business from fraudulent chargebacks. This includes:

• IP address and browser metadata of the purchaser.
• Automated email logs confirming dispatch of the download link.
• Server-side download analytics indicating file access.
  Unjustified chargeback attempts (e.g., claiming “Item Not Received” for a delivered digital file) will be formally contested using this evidence.
